Temporary approvals (necessary when you want to keep using a label with minor errors) can be tricky. That is why we always bundle a consult prior to submission to guarantee that your documentation is in order. Make sure you upload all the documents below (using the Other Docs upload feature):

1. An image of the physical labels on hand
2. USDA's 7234 form - Be sure to fill out sections 6a & 6b with the number of labels you have on hand and number of days in commerce you are requesting;
3. Your PRIOR approval with 7234 form and the approved label
4. Temporary Approval Form - Be sure to give good reasons why your label should remain in commerce and describe how you meet all the conditions required on the form.
5. Please explain the problem with your label in the box below.

Turnaround: We know that your project is often critically important. That is why we give you the option to request faster service than normal. As long as you put up the dough, we will move your project ahead of our other work and guarantee a quick turnaround (if all your information is complete). Note that PLC has no control over how long the USDA will take to review your label.

Additional Services Charge

Sometimes your project requires additional consulting or label resubmittal to the USDA. If this is the case, you will incur additional service fees for which we will always ask your permission first. By submitting your payment below, you authorize PLC to charge your credit card at a later date for additional service on this project.
