Ask us to analyze your recipe or provide us with a 100g lab analysis, and Prime Label's nutrition experts will provide you with a compliant Nutrition Facts panel - calculating serving size, daily values, rounding rules, etc. 

You may also request an Ingredient/Allergen Statement, additional panels or package sizes, and nutrition consulting for an extra fee. A 10% discount is available on orders when 10 or more products are submitted at the same time.

Product Information

MULTI-COMPONENT RECIPES 

Please enter the names of each of your products and download & complete one Product Information/Formula Worksheet for each of them. Either combine all your product information into one large file (with a separate worksheet tab for each product) or create separate files for each product and upload below.

Since your recipe has several components (with nested sub-formulas), for each product:

  1. Fill out the first grid on the Product Worksheet for your overall recipe and subsequent grids for your sub-formulas.
  2. In that first grid, recipe components, such as in a pizza, will have one line for the crust, a second line for the sauce and a third line for the toppings. 
  3. Then, each component, such as the crust, needs to have a sub-formula grid filled out (below the first grid) with the recipe for that component or a specification sheet for it attached.

Note that we always need the Product Worksheet, but to save you time, you may choose to upload your component formula and sub-formulas separately below (instead of typing it into the form above).

MULTI-COLUMN PANELS

Please enter the names of each of your products and download & complete one Product Information/Formula Worksheet for each of them. Either combine all your product information into one large file (with a separate worksheet tab for each product) or create separate files for each product and upload below.

  1. PRODUCT MIXES with "As Packaged/As Prepared" Dual Column Nutrition Facts panels, for each product:
    1. Fill out the first grid on the Product Worksheet with the formula of the mix and then the first sub-formula grid with the ingredients the consumer will add
    2. Attach your package cooking instructions
    3. Follow your package cooking instructions & determine Before and After Processing Weight, Processing  Gain/Loss and indicate these in the Product Information section of the worksheet
  2. AGGREGATE NUTRITION PANELS:
    1. Fill out the Product Information worksheet with a separate worksheet tab for each of the products in the aggregate panel
    2. Either fill out the formula grid for each of your products or attach a nutrition analysis

Finalize Order

I confirm that my order is final and the information submitted is complete and accurate. I understand that my project may accrue additional charges and I authorize Prime Label Consultants to charge my credit card, for the balance of any accrued costs of services rendered that I have authorized during the course of this service. I understand that any changes to product information after Prime Label Consultants has delivered my service will be subject to rework charges at prevailing rates.

Prime Label Consultants' services are specific to the information supplied by the Client and accuracy of the data is solely the responsibility of the Client. Prime Label Consultants assumes product depiction and all voluntary label copy represent the product truthfully and that any applicable trademarks and preparation instructions are accurate and valid. Re-work based on information not accurately provided at the time of services rendered is subject to Prime Label Consultants' hourly consulting rates.

All nutrition services, review, consultation and training is provided by Prime Label Consultants as a consulting service only. Client understands that, due to the complex and subjective nature of label regulations, Prime Label Consultants does not guarantee complete regulatory compliance. Financial liability for any errors made by Prime Label Consultants is limited to the cost of services rendered.

Prime Label Consultants recognizes that certain services provided by Prime Label Consultants may require Client to release proprietary information to Prime Label Consultants, such as product formulas and ingredient specifications. Prime Label Consultants will use such Confidential Information solely for the purposes of the services requested by Client, and will respect the confidentiality and sensitivity of the information. Upon request, Prime Label Consultants will gladly sign confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements.
